After last week’s poll on productivity and happiness, I thought this follow on appropriate.

Harvard, Oxford, Forbes and many other institutions have explored the merit of happiness and productivity together.

Happy people are between 12 – 20% more productive than those not.

This has a HUGE impact on PROFITS and the BOTTOM LINE.

If you think that a 3% GDP is significant…

HARVARD STATS for people having FUN at work: 88% are Happier in their Role 20% are less likely to call in sick 30% are more committed 12% are more productive

They do not work longer hours than their un-happy colleagues’, they are simply more productive in the same time span.

Is this a Myth or are there some serious statistics that validate that Happy People are more PRODUCTIVE?

Well firstly, think about this: We have to work at least 5 days a week (for most of us) We have to work 4 – 5 weeks a month (weekends off) We have to work for 10 – 11 months a year… We get a pitiful 2-3 weeks leave a year

We have to do this for about 50 years of our life….

And then you can do whatever you want to do!!!

DO you still think that having FUN at work is a MYTH…?

Imagine what happens when you are NOT having FUN.

What does this type of FEAR do to us?

This depends on our BLUEPRINT and make up. However, for most of us, it sends us into an orbit of PROCRASTINATION…

FEAR can paralyse the mobility of Motivation and create Apathy, among many other states.

There are many ways to overcome this and here are just a few…

Wake up with an ATTITUDE of GRATITUDE… Look around you and feel blessed for what you have right NOW… Watch as many FUNNY clips you can – laughter produces GOOD JUICE in our BRAIN… Celebrate your loved one and TELL them how special they are…Let your KIDS KNOW, it is going to be OK…

By the age of 12-13, 70-80 % of HOW we DO Life today is programmed – cultures, spiritual, social and our FEARS…etc

At the age of 6 what control do we have over this = 0%

At the age of 12 – 13 what control do we have over this – very small

The question for me is WHO IS IN CONTROL OF ME TODAY?

Are we doing life based on our OWN deep choices or sub-consciously?

How do we change this as we grow in Life?

With difficulty, until comes a time when the DESIRE TO CHANGE Is so GREAT that is becomes a DRIVING FORCE…

When this occurs, most of us need ASSITANCE in making this change permanent, or we will slip back to our NORM… The Familiar Status Quo…

There will always be members of our TEAM that require this.

This is my PASSION, to assist folks to SEE another exciting MOVIE of a new and amazing LIFE and CAREER and then BE IT…
